Electro-hydro CNC Press Brake
A couple of years ago, the ADH team identified the growing trend towards energy conservation, efficiency, and environmental protection. As a result, we initiated the development and production of our WAD series press brakes. In contrast to traditional press brakes, the WAD series leverages a servo system that allows the pump and main motor to rest while the plunger remains idle. This innovative approach has led to significant energy savings without compromising productivity.
CNC Controller
Undoubtedly, the controller serves as the brain of the entire machine. At our company, we provide controllers from three reputable brands: Delem, ESA, and Cybelec. These controllers are imported from the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland, respectively.
The efficient algorithm optimizes the bending cycle, reduces the setup time for work steps, and enhances the overall efficiency of the bending process, particularly in batch processing scenarios.
Furthermore, the system can accommodate both 2D and 3D graphics editing.
Hydraulic System
This hydraulic control system utilizes an electro-hydraulic servo and synchronous design with minimal spacing between hydraulic cylinders. It boasts robust anti-eccentric load capabilities, high accuracy synchronization, and an impressive power density ratio, all at a low cost.
The hydraulic system pressure can be adjusted to suit specific practical needs, enabling it to meet the bending force requirements.
ADH has selected the renowned German brand Hawei for our hydraulic system, which is distinguished by its high efficiency and low failure rate.
Motor
As is widely recognized, servo motors have emerged as the dominant technology, aimed at achieving high dynamics and improving machine production efficiency with low energy consumption. Compared to traditional motors, the adoption of servo motors can lead to energy savings of up to 35%, thereby providing customers with the benefits of increased efficiency and reduced operating costs.
Moreover, we offer an efficient and energy-saving motor from Siemens, Germany, which meets the daily production needs of our customers. This motor is significantly more efficient than standard motors, resulting in increased work efficiency.
Oil Pump
The oil pump is crafted from high-strength cast iron and features a unique internal noise reduction design, rendering it less sensitive to oil pollution and prolonging its service life.
Backgauge
To ensure superior movement accuracy of the X-axis, we utilize imported ball screws and linear guide rails instead of traditional screw rods. This choice enhances the precision and consistency of our fabrication process.
We have implemented a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor for the rear stop, as opposed to a stepping motor. This upgrade provides better control and accuracy in our operations.
Our entire backgauge system undergoes a high-temperature tempering process to eliminate internal stress, enhance metal plasticity and toughness, and prevent any loss of accuracy resulting from frame deformation.
Electrical Parts
The equipment employs authentic Schneider components imported from France, renowned for their stability, durability, and extended service life.
The machine is outfitted with an original Estun adaptive electrical box assembly, which boasts robust anti-interference capabilities and consistent electrical performance.
Crowning
Our independently designed system calculates the compensation value based on the overall deformation of both the ram and worktable. This enables the deformation curve of the bed to align seamlessly with the compensation curve, ensuring optimal straightness and angle consistency in our products.
Punches & Dies
Selecting the appropriate press brake punches and dies is a crucial aspect to consider before placing your order. The right combination of punch and die is essential for achieving the desired bending shape. We offer a wide range of tooling options tailored to meet the diverse bending requirements of our customers.
